How do I return an item?
STANDARD RETURN
- If you'd like to return any unopened, unused product you must do so within 30 days of purchase. To start the return process, please contact Customer Support directly.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- Please contact EcoPureHome Customer Support directly for issues with products that arrived damaged or defective.
WARRANTIED PRODUCTS
- If you need service on a product under warranty, please contact EcoPureHome Customer Support directly for repair or replacement of any defective product.
