The collets and O-rings are located at each hose connection on your filtration system. Replacing these pieces should only take a few minutes. Let's get started!
Tools Needed: Tweezers or Needle-nose pliers
1. You'll want to start by turning the water supply off to your undersink system. Then open/turn on the filtered water faucet to allow the unit to depressurize.
2. You'll detach the hose from the collet that needs to be replaced. To release the hose, push IN on the collet, and pull OUT on the hose (pictured below).

3. To remove the collet, you can use your fingers (or a tool if preferred). Go ahead and pull straight out and away from the unit. The collet should snap out, and give you access to remove the small black O-ring with a tweezers or needle nose pliers.
4. Now you'll replace that O-ring. Lubricate the new O-ring with a silicone based grease and push it into the port on the unit. Make sure the new O-ring is flat against the back of the port (reference the photo above).
5. Push the new collet into the port. Make sure to apply equal pressure to both sides when pushing it in.
6. After the collet snaps in, you'll reinstall the hose. Give the hose an extra push to confirm it's secure.
7. With the filtered faucet closed (off), turn the water supply back on and watch for any leaks at your new connection.
